  • phone number
  • email address
  • your preferred method of contact
  • shipping address
  • quantity requested
  • optional special requests: (color preference (default is black), added text, graphics/clip art) – please note that all special requests will include a $1 up-charge

All custom magnets are 3.5” x 2.5” in length and width, and are just $5 each! Shipping and handling is $5 for one, and subject to increase with multiple quantities ordered.

I will contact you by text or email with a preview, and to finalize shipping details, before completing payment and sending off your order.
